111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Patients registered at this practice can now access additional routine appointments at our new NHS service, GP+ Nottingham City.

Appointments are available to see GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists and Physiotherapists in a fully equipped accessible location on Upper Parliament Street in Nottingham City Centre.

This is not a walk-in service, please speak to our reception team to book an appointment.

Opening hours are:

  • 16.00 – 20.00 Monday to Friday
  • 09.00 – 13.00 Saturday and Sunday

As qualified healthcare professionals, pharmacists can offer advice on minor illnesses such as:

  • Coughs
  • Colds
  • Sore throats
  • Ear Pain
  • UTI
  • Allergies
  • Bites
  • Contraception 

If needed they can also prescribe medications if deemed necessary. They can also advise on medicine that you can buy without a prescription.

Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends. You do not need an appointment.

Most pharmacies have a private consultation room where you can discuss issues with pharmacy staff without being overheard.
